Warning: Frame size equals the size of the frame’s components, for example, the glass, mat board, and backer board. We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes. The Profile 503 wood picture frame moulding is offered in Black and Brown; the finish allows the actual wood texture of the moulding to be seen. Each wood frame is completely assembled with glue and V-nails, and finally cleaned and inspected by our framing professionals. All Frame Destination frames are cut approximately 1/8 inch larger to ensure that all framing components, including mat board and glazing, fit properly within the finished frame.
This frame is perfect for my matted pastels. The dark brown textured finish complements my landscape and still life paintings without competing with them. The quality of the custom-made frames is excellent, and the careful packaging kept them well-protected during shipping. This was my second order of multiple frames, and I will be ordering more. Thanks, Frame Destination, for great frames and great service!

Excellent

I do tent shows throughout the year and sell lots of famed pieces. I’d been looking for an alternative to the black laminated frames which tend to scratch easily and sometimes don’t hold up well to traveling and packing. These are perfect! The wood texture is great as it’s not too bold or distracting, but it adds a little warmth to the overall look. I feel a lot more confident selling my work in these knowing that they’ll continue to look good for my customers for years.

Perfectly framed cross stitch
Reviewed on
This item arrived safely packed and in perfect condition. I ordered two frame sets that I custom selected and used them to frame two cross stitch projects. I absolutely love how well the finished products look. I needed to order a replacement mat for one of the frames and the customer service was excellent. Their response was incredibly quick and the replacement product was shipped almost immediately. I am very very happy with the whole interaction and plan to order more from Frame Destination in the future.

Great Frame
Reviewed on
Loves that my order inputs matched exactly what I ordered. Frames were good quality and final product came out great. The hardware that came with the frames was for metal frames while I had wood frames. Because the wrong hardware was attached to all 3 of my frames I needed to go to Michale’s and buy a hardware kit. Spend an additional $10 and my project was delayed a couple of days.
