It was very good. I only had a couple of hiccups, with the website, not with the matboard or the framing material I received (it was all great). The issues with the website were : - I am more familiar with using centimeters/millimeters than inches, so I had some problems adjusting to it. It would be great if the site could do the units’ conversion. - there were some moments on which my selections were lost, and needed to reenter the details.
Your website asks for you to upload picture, no where could I find that it says that you do not print the picture like most frame sites do. I sent the frame to the owner of the company I work for as a gift. Horrified when my boss calls to ask why I sent him a blank frame. Your customer service said when I called, Oh, we don't print pictures, it's for reference only. I went back to the website to see where I made the mistake, low and behold, couldn't find anywhere that it was for reference only. Thanks for the $69.00 embarrassment. Should have chosen a more reputable company.
ordering was great and the matboard was perfect BUT from day of order until delivery was 3.5 weeks which was alot longer then expected
Excellent experience. I love the art with deep matboards.

Thank you for your review Lawrence! Great to hear!
I ordered a larger 60x40 Matt that was so well wrapped I won’t have thought that it could have been damaged. The package however was damaged and after speaking with Customer service they instantly gave me a solution to up load a photo and get a replacement right away. I was impressed with the straight forward solution to my issue. It great to know that if you spend $200 plus on a Matt you will get what you paid for without worrying about. They have my business for life now. Thanks for being professional.
