Excellent customer service!
I had received a mat with a tiny black spec embedded into it. I took a photo of it, sent it via email to Frame Destination, and they immediately replaced it. Frame Destination is an excellent company!

Worth a Little Extra Cost
As far as the product goes, I knew I was buying quality. What I really want to comment about is the exceptional packaging of the product. Mat board is so susceptible to corner damage in shipping. Frame Destination takes this into full account. When removed from the shipping carton you see that the board is well wrapped with sturdy corner protectors snuggly fit over the wrap. The shipping carton holds its contents firmly. It is made to fit the protected product preventing it from moving around during shipment. Its worth paying a little extra knowing the mat is well protected. Kudos to Frame Destination!
