We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes. Each wood frame is completely assembled with glue and V-nails to ensure your frame is strong and durable. All Frame Destination frames are cut approximately 1/8 inch larger to ensure that all framing components, including mat board, mount board, and glazing, fit properly within the finished frame.

Excellent craftsmanship, solid construction, fair market price, user-friendly online ordering; on time shipping in a well designed protective packaging.
The frame's finish is wonderful, corner joints are perfect, and there is sufficient depth for the glass, mat and backer and a hardboard. I haven't used it yet and can't wait. I'm tired of the inexpensive but easily damaged lamintes mdf's at the major craft stores that look good, but get one nick on the surface, and there's no fixing it!
