PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING www.framedestination.com. These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between Frame Destination and you. By using www.framedestination.com, you affirm that you are able and legally competent to agree to and comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or if you are not legally competent to agree to them, then you may not use www.framedestination.com. Please note that these Terms of Use contain provisions that govern the resolution of claims between Frame Destination and you. Please see the Legal Disputes section for complete details.

Sales Tax

If you reside in the state of Texas, we add 8.25% sales tax to every order.


We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, check, and money order.

Return Policy

Contact us within 45 days of the original purchase date. We do not pay for return shipping. The product cost for un-used off- the-shelf items such as Lineco framing and storage supplies and Clear Bags will be fully refunded. Since all orders are custom made-to-order, returns are usually scrapped. For this reason we charge a 10% restocking fee on picture frames, mats, glass, acrylic mount board and GalleryPouch’s. We cannot accept returns on the following - clearance items, acrylic with the protective film removed, and frame and mat board samples.

How to return an item:

Contact us at [email protected] or 972-479-1188 to let us know what you are returning. Include a copy of your receipt or packing list so we know who to give the refund to.

We issue refunds within two business days of receiving returned items. If you have an account, we can issue a store credit. Otherwise, we will issue the refund via the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 72 hours before appearing on your statement.

We do not have a system for order exchanges. You are free to order your replacement frame while we process your return or you can wait until we apply a store credit for the return item if you have an account.

Retail Reseller

If you are a Texas based retailer or reseller please create an account on the website and either email ([email protected]) or fax (1-866-389-2813) us your tax exempt or resale form BEFORE you place your order. We will set your account to tax-exempt status.

Email Communications

When you place an order or create an account on our website you are consenting to receive email communications from us for account issues, order status, marketing and promotions. You can opt out of the marketing and promotional emails at any time.

Use of Products

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Antifraud Check

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Online Catalog Product Specifications

Products purchased through our online catalog shopping system are limited to the specifications defined by the store. An option for a custom pricing is available.

All changes and amendments to these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. When an update occurs, notices will be posted on this website and may be submitted to registered members. Disputes that cannot be settled within 30 days shall be submitted for binding arbitration to the local office to be determined by company of the American Arbitration Association. Client and company agree that these terms and conditions are a binding agreement on their respective personal and business heirs and assigns and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Legal Disputes


Any dispute between you and Frame Destination, its agents, employees, officers, directors, principals, successors, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively for purposes of this section, 'Frame Destination') arising from or relating to these Terms of Use and their interpretation or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from these Terms of Use, including disputes about the validity, scope or enforceability of this arbitration provision (collectively, "Covered Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration. Prior to initiating any arbitration, the initiating party will give the other party at least 60-days' advanced written notice of its intent to file for arbitration. Frame Destination will provide such notice by e-mail to your e-mail address on file with Frame Destination and you must provide such notice by e-mail to [email protected]

During such 60-day notice period, the parties will endeavor to settle amicably by mutual discussions any Covered Disputes. Failing such amicable settlement and expiration of the notice period, either party may initiate arbitration. The arbitrator will conduct any arbitration proceedings by telephone or videoconference unless in-person appearances are requested by you or Frame Destination and approved by the arbitrator. Any in-person appearances will be held in Dallas, TX. The arbitrator will have the power to grant whatever relief would be available in court under law or in equity and any award of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding on each of the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitrator will apply applicable law and the provisions of these Terms of Use and the failure to do so will be deemed an excess of arbitral authority and grounds for judicial review. Frame Destination and you agree that any Covered Dispute hereunder will be submitted to arbitration on an individual basis only. Neither Frame Destination nor you are entitled to arbitrate any Covered Dispute as a class, representative or private attorney action and the arbitrator(s) will have no authority to proceed on a class, representative or private attorney general basis. If any provision of the agreement to arbitrate in this section is found illegal or unenforceable, the remaining arbitration terms shall continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable (but in no case will there be a class, representative or private attorney general arbitration). These Terms of Use and related transactions will be subject to and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. sec. 1-16 (FAA) and, where otherwise applicable, by the laws of the state of Texas.


By using this site or submitting an order, client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth, and agrees to be legally bound as defined, by continuing to process the order. Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
