Return Policy

Standard size items can be returned at your expense within 30 days for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in resalable condition and the protective covering must still be in place on acrylic. We DO NOT accept returns on custom sized picture frames, mats, mountboard, acrylic or glass. If you are not sure that our products will meet your needs, please contact us for more information and/or samples before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship from Dallas, Texas. Click HERE and enter our ZIP code of 75243 to see Fedex Ground Service Map.
  • If you require Saturday Delivery of overnight, 2nd day or 3-day express, please call us to make those arrangements.
  • We do not have a minimum order size or amount.
  • Choose USPS Priority Mail if the shipping address is a PO Box. Please allow extra time for USPS Priority mail, as it normally takes longer to arrive than regular ground shipping.
  • We strive to ship within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.
  • Oversized picture frames or components and large quantity orders may require additional processing time.
  • Our shipping carrier has a minimum S&H charge, so ordering in bulk will reduce the per item shipping cost.
  • We do not ship outside of the USA. (Exception: APO Addresses)

Can You Ship to a P.O. Box Address?

You must select USPS PRIORITY MAIL as your shipping option during checkout if your shipping address is a P.O. Box.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

We pack our products very carefully which consumes a lot of material and time. Shipping charges are based on the number of items, weights, sizes, zones, oversize fees and shipping method selected. All shipping companies charge extra for large items even if they do not weight a lot. For this reason shipping cost for items such as a 30"x40" mat board or picture frame is based on the size of the box used to ship the item and not the actual weight. If you are buying only one item, the per item shipping cost will be higher. However, if you place additional items in your shopping cart, you can reduce your per item shipping costs since the total shipping cost will not normally increase significantly for additional items. We do not profit from shipping.

Why are they called an "estimate"?

Shipping charges are calculated by the number of items, their weights and sizes, the shipping zone, and the shipping method selected. It is a complex formula that is not always 100% accurate due to oversize shipping fees (see "What is an Oversize Shipping Fee?") and/or special services. If the shipping cost is incorrect, we will contact you before filling the order. We will explain the charges and your options. You may cancel the order if the shipping cost is unacceptable to you.

What is an Oversize Shipping Fee?

Our website adds a single oversize shipping fee to orders containing:

  1. Mat board, mount board, glass or acrylic whose length + width exceeds 79 inches.
  2. Picture frame moulding whose length + width exceeds 72 inches (or less for larger mouldings)

NOTE: We remove this fee if you pick up the order at our production facility in Dallas, Texas.

Do You Ship "Signature Required"?

We do not ship "signature required" unless you ask for it. If you want your order shipped "signature required" put "SHIP SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the special instructions box during checkout. Please note: the shipping company is not liable for the order once it has been delivered.

Are your picture frames shipped pre-assembled?

Our wood picture frames, which are permanently hand-glued and nailed together, are shipped assembled. Our Nielsen ready made picture frames and FDI ready made picture frames are shipped assembled. Our metal picture frames are normally shipped assembled. Exception: if the metal moulding only (no components) is ordered or if it is a large quantity of picture frames we may ship them unassembled. If you have questions about picture frame assembly leave a note in the special instructions section of the checkout page or call/email us.

Is it cheaper to buy in bulk?

Yes. We offer volume discounts. The shipping company that we use charges us a base fee to ship an order. Increasing the quantity of items does not always increase the shipping cost – meaning it is less expensive to buy five complete picture frames in one order, than to place five separate orders with one picture frame in each order.

What Are Your Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands?

Our website cannot calculate the shipping charges for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you are shipping to any of these places the website will not show a shipping charge, but a CAL (call) notice. This means we will calculate the shipping manually and call/email you the shipping cost. You may cancel the order if the shipping cost is unacceptable to you.

Do You Offer Express Shipping?

Orders with Express Shipping (3-Day, 2-day, or overnight) are given high priority. We cannot ship overnight to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What is the Shipping Transit Time?

We ship from Dallas, Texas. The shipping company we use is FedEx. Ground shipments will reach most of the continental US within 2-5 days. Go to the FedEx website (http://fedex.com/ratefinder/home) and use our shipping zip code (75243) to estimate the shipping transit time. Be aware that ground shipment transit times are estimates. To guarantee prompt delivery select an Express Shipping option (3-Day, 2-day, or overnight). If you order is shipped via Overnight, 2-Day Express or 3-Day Express and does not arrive on time, we will refund your shipping charge.

What if there is Shipping Damage?

If your product arrives damaged, notify us immediately within 10 days of package delivery by calling or sending us a photo and description of the damage. Damage claims must be submitted immediately so that we can pursue a damage claim with the shipper. We will ship replacements as quickly as possible at our expense using the same shipping option selected on the original order. For Express Shipping of replacements you must pay for the cost difference between Ground and Express.
