Great Customer Service
The Customer Service was Great! Had one of the pieces that was scratched and they replaced quickly with no issues. The reason for 4 Stars is that the price is way too high for this product, but the quality is decent. I'm not a fan of the "Clips" on the back that hold the backing in, they are very difficult to work with. However, overall I am pleased with my purchase.

Excellent product and MUCH less expensive than custom framing!
Great! I did need to watch the video to correctly undo the frame, but it was super easy to understand!

Very satisfied with this product.
It was so easy to frame my artwork using this product. Using the clips that were preinstalled in the frame was so simple. I chose not to apply brown backing paper and instead used archival framer's tape to seal the space between the frame and the foam.
