Disappointment Regarding Shipping
We have purchased framing materials from Frame Destination many times. However we will no longer be buying our materials from your company. Having to wait 10-14 days to have a small package shipped is not acceptable. I understand if a premade frame or cut mat board is needed. But a small package of corners which does not involve any extra time to process is something I don’t understand. Called customer service to find out when we could expect to have something we needed to finish a client project. Then to be told that 10-14 days for processing time is standard policy made it clear it is time to look for another supplier. Which we have done and their customer service is excellent, quick and understand that their clients are important. Order more of exactly the same corners and had them at our doorstep in 5 days from the east coast. Truly believe your standard shipping policy needs to have a close look when it comes to a simple order such as ours.
