Technical Info
I was disappointed upon receipt of this product. There was no protective layer placed over this true view and very expensive glass. What’s worse, they were fingerprints on it. I certainly have the right to assume that the people cutting and packing the glass are all wearing gloves but I had fingerprints from the glass.
Ordering was fantastic! The woman that helped me was fantastic. I didn’t get the result that I hoped for in terms of glare, which drove this purchase. One of the pieces of glass has a fracture
Very good quality glass. Also, customer service is of the highest standard
Very happy and surprised I can order glass online and it arrived safe, WOW!!! Would absolutely use again.
Frederick was great steering me the right direction after I had ordered wrong product and because of the mistake I requested expedited processing which he did.
This was a very nice piece of glass used as a replacement in a frame that had fallen and broken. It was clean and ready to go. The packaging was pretty much amazing, and ensured it was safe in shipping. For anyone who wonders why shipping costs what it does, consider all of the bubble wrap, end padding, and time taken to package the order. Our only trouble was in trying to determine which side of the glass faces the artwork. We could have used a sticker or something to tell us. I'm still not 100% sure it is in the right way around, but it looks great.
Very nice glass, precisely cut. Not cheap, but it's a good product and therefore feels like a fair price. Additionally, I had an issue with one piece I had ordered and when notified Frame Destination quickly replaced it. Great customer service.
I was very pleased with the service and the high-grade, non-reflective and museum quality glass I purchased. It's a great resource for artists.
I'll have to wait to see the long-term protection that the glass offers, but the photos underneath are clear and vibrant and the glass was cut exactly right. It arrived quickly and well packed (no breakage). Thanks very much !
