The glass and the mats are too loose in the frame.

Thanks for the feedback. Our standard is to cut the frame 1/8 inch larger than the glass, mat and foam to allow for size tolerance and squaring issues, and to allow the components to freely expand and contract with temperature changes without binding or bending. If we cut the frame too large, we will be happy to replace it. If you prefer 1/16 inch oversize instead of 1/8 inch, you can order the frame by itself but order it 1/16 inch smaller than the other components to account for the extra room.
