Nicely done

Order was as placed and well packaged. Color on monitor and actual color of frame isn't quite what it appears but still nice frame and mat.

My new frame destination

Reviewed on

After a terrible customer service experience with another framing company I have used in the past, I went to Google to see what my other options were because I no longer want to put my money into any company that provides poor customer service. I am beyond happy that I found Frame Destination! With my first time I was nervous about the process even though their site makes it pretty user friendly. I was framing a sentimental family item and wouldn't you know, when my frame arrived I quickly found out that I didn't measure correctly. While I am at fault, I still reached out hoping to save the project without having to return or scrap this frame. Betty helped me figure out a solution and the company provided a new mat board, at no cost, that arrived in a day or two. The new mat was perfect and I am now able to give this piece as a gift. The customer service was above and beyond. I was more than willing to pay for a new mat board but them providing it has won me over as a customer from now on for my framing needs.

Thank you for your review Sarah! We are so happy to hear that you had a great experience and that Betty was able to help you. Happy Holidays!

Love My Frame!

Reviewed on

The frame was the perfect fit for my dry erase board! I am obsessed with the color, it was even prettier in person. The frame came well-packaged and despite the package obviously being roughly handled during shipment, was in fantastic shape with no issues. Thanks so very much!

Response from Frame Destination

Thank you for your review Stephanie! Great to hear you are enjoying your order!

Good Frame choices, Great color choices, Love the clear Plexi.

My only disappointment was finding a limited choice in the main color mat. I was hoping for a more grey white for that and if it was evident, it just didn’t show up well on my monitor. Otherwise, shipping was quick, assembly easy and the finished product is clear (best part!) and cost was very fair.

Wood frame 792

Reviewed on

I purchased this frame to put a canvas I had made for mine and my husbands 10th anniversary. The color matched perfectly. The only negative remark I have is the canvas stuck out a half inch in the back. I used some good ole fashion ingenuity and improvisation to make it work. It looks lovely. Everyone whose seen says how wonderful it looks.

Response from Frame Destination

Hi Jody! Its important to always measure and compare the depth and rabbet depth of the frames vs your artwork. If you ever have questions when ordering in the future please reach out and let us know! We will be happy to assist! Thank you and have a great day!

Corners not quite as tight

Reviewed on

As always, quick response & turnaround time from Frame Destination. Moulding was exactly as pictured. Only drawback was that the corner joints were not as tight and well fitted as they usually are from Frame Destination. The corner joints on every other frame I’ve ordered from them in the past (different mouldings) have been absolutely perfect. With this frame I had to fill and sand two out of the four corner joints, which didn’t matter too much as I was re-painting the frame anyway. It may be that it is just unique to this moulding.

Response from Frame Destination

Sorry about that Thomas - please let us know if we can do anything to help with this - that's unusual for our joints. Thanks!
