The carrier was rough and broke the first frame during transit, Frame Destination rushed me a replacement that arrived safely. The frame color and details matched the art work project nicely. Workmanship of the frame and components was exceptional. Simple order and delivery process. Very nice!

I needed some help figuring out the right products to frame my artwork, and Frame Destination helped me get exactly what I needed. The result is beautiful and the prices were reasonable. That kind of customer service is almost nonexistent these days and I will definitely be shopping here again.

I have lost track of how many of these frames I purchased. They're stunning and are the perfect complement to my art. I'm getting ready for an important solo exhibition, and I just ordered more to finish framing the prints for my show.
Response from Frame Destination
Fantastic news Melody! Thanks for taking the time and leaving us a review.

I absolutely LOVE these frames! The website was amateur-friendly. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and called customer service the next day. They were able to update the order & provided feedback on my selections. Our wedding photos are definitely museum quality!

I purchased this in a 9x9 size for a vintage Santa & Reindeer cross-stitch, which I am still working on. Really liked this frame, so ordered 2 more in 8x10 sizes for a set of vintage Christmas girls I want to stitch next. Frames are packed very well, & all arrived in perfect shape.

I cannot say enough good things about your product, customer service and the care with which you packaged and shipped my frame. First of all I was amazed that a custom frame shipped within two days, buy seeing the final product (and the packaging) blew me away. I highly recommend your company and would never even look anywhere else for a frame. Thank you! Incredible work!

I’m never sure if a frame is going to be what I hope and expect it to be, but this exceeded my expectations. It was cut exactly to size, held up well in the shipping. The quality was excellent and it looked even better with my artwork than I what I had envisioned. The gold frame had black sides, which was the only thing I was a little unsure about, but I needn’t have worried.
