I'm an artist and frame my pictures frequently. Normally my husband makes my frames and I order mat, backing, and glazing. He checks the dimensions each time he makes a cut because I'm an overthinker. This was the first time ordering a frame and I was so nervous without all the extra checks my husband does for me during the process! It was a large piece, long and narrow, and if I messed it up, I'd have to create something new just FOR this frame to keep it from being wasted. But it was perfect! The directions were clear and it was just what I'd hoped. Shipping was quick, and it was so well packaged that everything was 100% secure when it arrived. I was nervous because it the size; it was like a 36" potato chip! Ni damage, all was perfect. Totally recommend!

First experience with online ordering

I have always used custom made frames and was a bit unsure about ordering online but these frames certainly met my expectations. Ordering and communication was easy and they arrived quickly well wrapped. I was very impressed and happy with these frames and will definitely be back for more. Thanks

Great frame, even better customer service

I’m very pleased with the look of my frame. It was a struggle to get it just right, as I sent the wrong measurements originally and then the replacement acrylic was the wrong finish. I talked with Betty for all of my needed adjustments and she was very kind, thorough, and calm while dealing with me. Shipping times were faster than expected and the final piece is exactly what I had hoped for. I’ll be ordering from frame destination in the future. Thanks again, Betty!
