Warning: Frame size equals the size of the frame’s components, for example, the glass, mat board, and backer board. We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes.

The Profile 506 is offered in two metal finishes stainless steel and pewter. It is also offered in two basic finishes, black and white. Each of our wood picture frames is completely assembled by our staff with glue and V-nails to assure quality. All Frame Destination frames are cut approximately 1/8 inch larger to ensure that all framing components, including mat board, mount board, and glazing, fit correctly within the finished frame.

I love the frames but the time it took to deliver them seemed a bit long. Frames are of high quality.

Thank you for the review, Thomas! We are currently running a little behind usual due to the vendor closings, etc for COVID. Thank you for sticking with us though! We should be back to normal shortly!

Stainless Steel Finish Surprises

Reviewed on

Frame was easy to assemble. The stainless steel finish surprised me by how satiny it was. There was a small chip out at the bevel joint. It is a borderline chip, makes the mitre joint look a little crooked. I am probably overly picky, but it did make me aware that I have no matching repair stick for this color.

Response from Frame Destination

Again, thank you for the feedback, and customer service can definitely help out with the frame. Thank you!
