Warning: Frame size equals the size of the frame’s components, for example, the glass, mat board, and backer board. We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes.
The Profile 310 ornate wood frame moulding is available in Antique Silver and Antique Gold and features a 7/8-inch rabbet. Each wood frame is assembled in-house by our team using V-nails and glue . All Frame Destination frames are cut approximately 1/8 inch larger to ensure that all framing materials, including mat board, mount board, and glazing, fit properly within the finished frame.Annette C.

The depth of this frame was ideal to mount a civil war era painted canvas and the gold finish gives the aged patina we were looking for. Beautiful and very well made frame.

Last month I took on a project for my church--complete change out of the Stations of the Cross. First I had to select the artwork and then I turned to Frame Destinations for my framing and matting needs. The art was triple-matted with acrylic. The extermal frame size was 21" width x 26" height--big frames. During a period in which all shipping seemed to take an eternity, the frames arrived at my door on the date originally projected. The boxes (2) were enormous. Upon opening the boxes, the reason for the size was obvious--these people did not want anything happenning to the frames in shipping. The total shipment was 14 frames, 14 pieces of acrylic, 14 backers, 42 pieces of matting, and framing hardware. Absolutley no damage. After unpacking the frames, I was left with one full box of packing material. These people are serious about packing. Last week I put the new Stations up in our church. The reaction has been overwhelming. Thanks so much to Frame Desinations. One example included below.

This is a beautiful frame. I framed 2 antique water colors in the gold fingers frames, and they look like the belong in a museum. The quality is obvious when you handle these.

Beautiful frame, still a hint of bronze although it's named "silver," but the photo online was a good indication of the real thing, which looks great with the painting.

Thank you so much for the review. Sometimes the golds and silvers are a bit difficult to get across, and we're glad to hear this worked out - thanks!
