Warning: Frame size equals the size of the frame’s components, for example, the glass, mat board, and backer board. We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes.
Profile 852 – Solid black wood gallery style picture frame profile with a smooth finish. Rabbet is 5/8 inch and face is 1 3/16 inches wide. Frame Hanging kit sold separately unless moulding purchased as a complete wood picture frame. Each wood frame is completely assembled with glue and v-nails and then hand finished. Our staff cuts each frame’s moulding approximately 1/8 inch larger to ensure the mat/glass/backing will fit properly within the finished picture frame.

The frames I ordered came in a timely manner and were well wrapped. As usual, they look great and really complement my artwork. The frames I ordered are currently on display at the local library for the month of October. Thank you for your continued support.
Perfect. It was exactly what I ordered.
Terrific frame. Good materials and good construction
Excellent craftsmanship on the frames. One of the two frames made with this profile was 26x19 with glass and the packing for shipment was perfect.
The frame fit my print perfectly. Love it
The frame I ordered was poorly constructed but when I contacted support they replaced it almost immediately.
This was my first order. The frames are good quality and packaged well! The only thing was that my order was so big, I could not lift the box they came in :). But other than my lack of muscles, the order was perfect!

Thank you for your review Linda!
This framing project was a longtime coming. I’m a poster collector and this print is one I had to put off for a while because it is really big. Big equals expensive in the custom framing business so I pieced most of the components together in various stages. But my last order was this frame and the mats. As usual, every single piece of this project was made perfectly and with such high quality from Frame Destination. There is no better place to economically frame your art. And the at-home process of putting it altogether is easy and so satisfying. I dropped the pins down and flipped it over and could not be happier with how the end result looks and the high quality feel to it. I truly cannot more highly recommend this frame, all of the components (mat, acrylic, backing), and Frame Destination!

Thank you Dave!
I am so glad that I discovered this site. The site makes it possible to specify frame sizes (to an 1/8th of an inch), which means I no longer have to search around everywhere or trim my prints to fit frames. The relatively low cost means I will stop going to Michael's hoping that they have my frame size.
Very well packaged for shipping (nothing broken) and good quality materials
