About this item

At 3-inches wide, this solid frame makes a bold statement. Its four contemporary antique finishes each feature a thin black lip that overlaps the enclosed artwork. This frame has a 1/2" rabbet and is most suitable for thin canvas panels, pastel board, art prints, photographs, and documents in almost any height and width.

Each of our wood picture frames is completely assembled by our staff with glue and V-nails to assure quality. All Frame Destination frames are cut approximately 1/8 inch larger to ensure that all framing components, including mat board, mount board, and glazing, fit correctly within the finished frame.

Perfect Frame for Cross Stitch

The frame is perfect for my finished cross stitch project which measures over 22 inches wide. I chose this frame because of the rabbet depth and the color. The cross stitch project has tons of beads, some of which are very large and needed a frame with a large rabbet depth. I love that each frame has this information listed and how easy it is to choose the different frame options needed for a particular project. I also chose black foam core board to stretch and pin the dark material onto it. Many online framing companies do not offer black foam core board so imagine my delight when I saw that I could choose black. I've stretched and pinned dark material on white foam core board and it looks terrible. All in all my experience ordering at Frame Destination was very easy and painless. The only hard part is deciding which frame to order because there are so many lovely frames to choose from. I'll be back! :-)
