Warning: Frame size equals the size of the frame’s components, for example, the glass, mat board, and backer board. We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes.
The Nielsen Profile 94 metal picture frame is available in anodized Matte Black. The frame has a rabbet of 3/4" and is 5/8" wide, with a height of 1-1/4". Frame Destination frames are cut approximately 1/8" larger to ensure that all frame components, including mat board, glazing, and backing, will fit properly within the finished frame. Metal frames without contents may be shipped unassembled. Let us know if you have an assembly preference.

Terrible communication, endless delays, and when the frame eventually showed up the parts didn’t fit. They did make it right at no charge, and the replacement arrived quickly. They’re trying to do a good job but the right hand doesn’t know what the left one is doing.
The frames were easy to hang. The frames are the perfect ones to display pictures of the total eclipse pictures in April. The black frames and white matting compliment the pictures.

Thank you Eric!
I have purchased frames from FD for a long time and I’m never disappointed. The prices are honestly the best I’ve come across for DIY framing with *quality* frames without being too pretentious. The range of options is also top-notch. No little detail is left out with the frame packages from the actual frames to corner bumpers. Highly recommend Frame Destination.
