Warning: Frame size equals the size of the frame’s components, for example, the glass, mat board, and backer board. We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes.
The Nielsen Profile 22 metal picture frame is available in two finishes, Frosted Silver and Matte Black. Both of finishes are durable anodized finishes. The frame is 5/16" wide, with a height of 1-3/8" and a rabbet of 1". Frame Destination frames are cut approximately 1/8" larger to ensure that all frame components, including mat board, glazing, and backing, will fit properly within the finished frame. Metal frames without contents may be shipped unassembled. Let us know if you have an assembly preference.
Available colors:
- Matte Black - 2221
- Frosted Silver - 2202

A first timer's positive experience
I'll admit it–I'm rather picky about how my artwork is framed, so I was a bit hesitant about ordering frames online. But once I began exploring the website, I was impressed with how intuitive the process was and decided to take a chance. The only technical glitch was my fault—I had a couple of measurements that were off, but I was able to contact customer support the next morning, and we were able to correct my mistakes. For convenience, I had ordered the glass along with my frames. Even though my order was in the midst of the Texas winter blizzard, my package arrived a day earlier than promised. The contents were well packed and all items were professionally wrapped and secured. The metal frames were all cut to my exact specs, which included fractional measurements. All of the hanging hardware was included, even the little back corner wall bumps. Needless to say, I was very impressed with my first time experience, and plan to use Frame Destination for my future framing needs.

Great frame -- really like the depth, which can accommodate a spacer. The mitered corners met flawlessly. Everything arrived intact, safely packed, ready to receive the artwork. Well done, guys . . .
