The classic round top offers a timeless appeal.
Warning: Frame size equals the size of the frame’s components, for example, the glass, mat board, and backer board. We automatically cut the inside of our frames 1/8 inch larger to allow for size tolerances, components that are not truly square, and to prevent binding and warping with temperature changes.
The Nielsen Profile 15 is offered in six colors, including Matte Black, German Silver, Frosted Walnut, Anodic Black, Frosted Silver, and Silver, all of which are anodized for further durability. Each frame moulding comes with corner hardware, spring clips and euro hangers. Frame Destination cuts all frame mouldings approximately 1/8-inch larger to make sure that all components fit easily inside the frame. Metal frames without contents may be shipped unassembled. Let us know if you have an assembly preference.

I ordered mats, glazing and frame and it all went together to perfection. The mats were expertly cut. However ordering online is a real hassle, the "cart" button disappears as soon as you hover over it. How are we the public supposed to know to go ahead and click on the blank spot anyway to put your item in your cart? I suspect a LOT of people just go to another site rather than bother with contacting you people.
I ordered 10 Nielsen frames, my first order ever with Frame Destination. Nielsen frames are Nielsen frames, in other words excellent. But let me get to the real point, the people behind Frame Destination--they are superb! After over 50 years in photography I've ordered frames all over the place, but these people are the best. I always worry about scratched frames or frames cut incorrectly, etc. so when the box arrives I carefully unravel everything and count and examine all frames. You could not have imagined more meticulously or perfectly packed and protected contents. Everything was in superb condition and based on two of the 10 frames I've used so far, the frames are perfectly cut. Frame Destination also includes all framing hardware and hanging equipment as part of the frame order price. This all tells me that the owners and the workers care about the products they offer and care about their customers. I'll update this if I find anything to the contrary, but I do NOT expect to. Excellent professionals who care about what they do and offer quality products at very reasonable prices. They will continue to have my business and I congratulate the entire staff. By the way, I had a question or two for customer service, called, got someone within seconds (Betty, I believe was the name) and was very well attended. Another indication of excellence!
I continue to purchase all my framing needs from Frame Destination because they have good prices and excellent products. Their service is outstanding also.
Very good. The package was very well wrapped and protected. The shipper kept me well informed. However, on the order confirmation it stated to allow 7-10 for the prep time. Which it seemed long to wait for one frame so I called the office on day 8 to get an update and they responded it I’d is finished and will go out today.
Love my frame, exactly what I was looking for and exceptional quality. Very large frame that was packed very well for shipping to and instructions were easy to follow
As a commission artist, Frame Destination is my go-to for framing finished pieces. I love the quality, and considering how expensive everything is becoming, it’s a good value. Customer service has always been professional and friendly.
Frame is great. A bit over packaged perhaps. But it took a very long time to receive. Maybe China?
I love the clean look of a black frame with a black mat that I can swap out my different posters.

Thank you for your review Mike!
Very pleased with the frame and mat I had ordered; it arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and just what I ordered. However, I wish there had been a sign or a piece of paper indicating that the mat and backing were INSIDE the frame. I spent some time looking in the packaging and checking my order to make sure I actually had ordered it, and finally I called the customer service who told me. Of course it made perfect sense, but I was not expecting that. So, I'll know for next time, and I will order from this company again.

Thank you for your review Ellen!
Excellent. Your frames were nicely cut, the acrylic came without any damage, and that is the first time anyone has put them together for shipping. It made adding of the artwork quick and easy. Packaging was very well done and the purchase was shipped in a timely manner. (The packaging was so nice I used the same box and packing material to ship out one of the finished pieces a day later.) All this praise goes to your company. The Neilsen product is a pretty standard and dependable item. My only less than 5 start comment would be the assumption that I am going to choose 5 stars in the rating. Seems like a little bit of cheating to have the form open up with 5 stars already selected.
