Good company
I custom framed a poster using products from “frame destination“. The package arrived quickly and was very carefully wrapped and sent. Happy with the product and will use it again.

Mat board
The mat board is everything I was hoping it would be - flat, white and full size. Took a minute to be mailed and shipped to me, but it arrived damage free so I can’t be too upset.

Perfectly Packaged
When I’ve ordered from other companies, mat board invariably arrives with bent edges or corners, making those parts unusable. But this shipment was so carefully and securely packaged, there wasn’t a bit of damage! I’ve never seen anything like it. I’m going to consider ordering all my boards from Frame Destination and save the hassle of damaged product and customer service conversations.

Superior Packaging
My previous mat board supplier filed for bankruptcy. So I was in need to find a replacement. My orders are for full sheets in lots of 25. That is a lot of weight. If not packaged properly the load will arrive damaged or at least bent on the corner that was dropped. Frame Destination took the time and applied the skill to properly package this load in such a way as to assure that all full sheets would arrive flat with squared corners. That said, I never use the full sheet and typically trim from the most squared side. But I appreciate seeing the extra effort of their shipping team applied to my order. By the way, the external box was dented on two corners but the contents were not damaged at all. Looks like I've found a new supplier.
