Thank you for your review!
Frame destination’s canvas floater frames beat all competitors in my estimation! The American made wood materials are beautiful, and the extra space around the canvas ensures the very best presentation!

This is such a great company! I received my sample requests quickly. After making my selection, it was very easy to order. The frame arrived quickly and packaged with great care so there was no damage. It was very easy to mount my existing canvas print and it looks great in this high quality frame. I'm very pleased.

Thank you Kathleen!
I love the color on this frame, but wish the paint was coated better as it is easily scratched in the silver making it fragile.

Love the new floating frame with the dark inner shades and soft warm silver exterior face. Frame was built well with clean seams and the fit was perfect. Customer service was amazing and I appreciate their help in resolving issues due to my error. Such a pleasure to have this wonderful experience. I have already placed a second order for another frame.

We are so happy we could you help you! Thank you for your feedback!
The frame itself was lovely, but as noted by many reviewers, no effort is made to send the correct size mounting hardware (metal offset clips). They send a standard bag, rather than sizing the clips needed for the thickness of the frame. Since it’s their frame, they should know the correct size... Otherwise, service was fast and frame of good quality.

Thank you for the review. We apologize for any inconvenience. Customer service will be able to help with this issue if it still needs correction.
Did not receive the right size offset clips for the frame and had to purchase more off of amazon. Also, we bought the frame Unassembled and couldn’t get the frame together without some splitting of the wood. Not exactly happy with this purchase
