I'm very happy I found your company. Wish I had sooner as I'm the owner of 20+ full sheets of mat board in different colors just waiting for me to find something I want to mat with them. All colors not quite right for current projects ordered from another company... Now I can find the color I want and order only what I need. No longer need to best guess and get it wrong... Frame corners give a clear picture
First I want to say that the the photos and illustrations for each frame sold by Frame Destination give an accurate understanding of the characteristics and look of a particular frame. Still, there is nothing better than to see the frame in person, match it up with your targeted picture, and pick the best frame. If you sell your art as framed pieces, especially framed to order, then showing frame corners to your client is just one more way to persuade your customer to buy. There are may aspects to selling and overcoming objections is just one of them. Having frame corners in hand answers the question about what your picture will look like with a particular frame.

It was great to actually see the choices. I was sure I would like a certain frame but when I looked at them next to my picture it was obvious a different one was the best one—and I ordered it. I find it a little odd that I can’t return the samples and am stuck with them. It seems like they could be used over and over by the company.

Thank you for the review, Alexia! As far as the wood samples go, we have a complete set at our showroom for clients to view. We ship all over the country, so attempting to get them back and ship again is a little bit more expensive than creating the samples again.

Frame Sample Success!
Beautiful samples that were extremely well packed for shipping, extremely resonable in cost, and received promptly. And,,, the small stickers that identify each sample(for future reference) are correctly placed on the rear(!!) of each sample where they belong, unlike the mat samples that I had received a couple of weeks before that had the stickers annoyingly placed right on the front/color side of the samples. I'm confident that was just an honest mistake as two other batches of mat samples ordered since then were labled correctly on the rear. After 28 years in the shipping business myself, I have no hesitation ordering full frames from you folks in the near future...it seems you package your merchandise really well. Thanks.
