I am trying to match my old Light Impressions mat board color. I also wanted to see a sample black and see hor color photos look in a black mat and mount boards. The samples look pretty good and I will be deciding in the nesr future..

Well, of the 14 pieces selected, some colors are obvious. Others, not so much, to the point that a few “appeared” to have the label on the color side, not the underside. And when you are trying to determine level of off-whiteness, it seems to be confusing.

Thank you for your review Robert! If you have any questions about samples and colors please feel free to give us a call!

I'm really impressed with Frame Destination! I ordered a LOT of samples through a surprisingly easy order process and even though I expected to have to wait a few days before they shipped, my order shipped out on the same day. The samples were packaged well and just what I needed to make sure my art is displayed to my liking. I'll definitely be ordering full mats from them soon.
Response from Frame Destination
Thank you Ameenah!

This is my first time DIY framing. The website gives good instructions and you can get samples of the mats at a reasonable price. My order came yesterday and it was extremely well packed. So easy to assemble and they even included hangers & wire. Will definitely use them again!
Response from Frame Destination
Great to hear this - thank you, Michele!

I looked everywhere i could think of and cannot find the color sample images. There is a list of names in the area for ordering samples, but no colors. On the page where mat board is ordered, I selected a color, no colors, no color wheel. What am I missing? You ought to make them easier to find, like a direct link to the color chart.
Response from Frame Destination
Thank you for the review, Susan. Currently, the color wheel is available once you select a type of mat. We are reworking the website though, and we hope you'll like its much easier interface!

Website does not provide option to view color of various mat color option offered.
Response from Frame Destination
Thank you for your review, Obie - customer service can send you up to 3 free mat samples upon request. To view the mat colors, you need to select a mat from the Mat Page and it'll bring up the color wheel. That way you can make your choice of sample, or you can describe what you're needing to the customer service team and they'll be happy to help out. Thank you!
