Tru Vue
I've already had a discussion with "Betty" about the Tru Vue. It noticeably dulled the image I was framing, so much so that a friend remarked, unprompted (and not knowing about the "glass"), that she thought I needed to reprint my image brighter. I do digital collages and offer prints for sale through a local gallery. I cannot (and will not) use the Tru Vue product. Betty gave me credit. I will need to order a new "glass" with my next order.

More Attention To Detail, Please
I’ve been ordering my frames from Frame Destination for a couple years now. While I think the quality is good, there seems to be continued issues with ordering and shipping. This last order was for four frames, with blank mats and non-glare acrylic. The order arrived in a timely manner….but the acrylic was nowhere to be found. I had to call customer service to notify them of the omission and request the missing acrylic to be sent out. They were apologetic and the replacements were sent out right away….but seriously, this type of oversight just shouldn’t happen.
