The 210 walnut frame features a black trim and measures 2-1/4 inches wide and 1-1/16 inches tall. The frame features a a 1/2-inch rabbet. The included glazing is a 99% UV-filter glass, while the mat is 8-ply double thick Crescent 100% Cotton RagMat that offers museum-level archival protection. The borders of the mat board are 2-3/4" on the top and bottom and 2-1/2" on the sides. With this frame, the window is only 1/4-inch smaller than the diploma, or 8-1/4 x 10-3/4 inches, allowing more of the diploma to show.
