Nielsen profile 97, which measures a broad 1-inch wide, is a contemporary aluminum frame with metallic finish. The rabbet measures 1/2-inch. The included glazing is a 99% UV-filter glass. The mat board is a 8-ply double thick white Crescent 100% Cotton RagMat, which provides museum-grade archival protection. The visible mat borders are approximately 1-1/2 inches on all sides, and the frame's window is cut just 1/4-inch smaller than the document rather than the standard 1/2-inch.
