This is the first time I've used Frame Destination, Inc. An online search led me to your website, and the testimonials convinced me to give it a try. I am so glad I did. In addition to several frame kits, I purchased the Bainbridge mat samples and one set of gallery frame (502, I think) corner samples with the idea of framing more of my artwork in the future. Your website was very easy to navigate. I looked at many of your competitors websites and found them too complicated. I ordered custom mats & blanks; frames, foam core backing and UV plexiglass. I had no problem moving through the process and making confident choices. This was backed up by having received everything I ordered in the sizes, styles and colors I chose.

The shipping container was well packed with everything being protected and cushioned - a big concern when I decided to order on-line. No damage occurred to any piece of the order.

At this stage, I would rate my experience with Frame Destination a nine out of ten. I will order from you again.

My expectations were exceeded when I received my order of seven frames. Take it from someone who has had custom framing work for my photography prints. These frame are as good as frames custom built at a local frame shop. The matting was perfectly cut!! Thanks again!!!!

i just wanted to take a moment to say "Thanks"! You guys are the best! To everyone at FDI thanks for your attention to detail. The quality has been great from day one. Packaging is the best! Kudos to the shipping department. I have never gotten anything that is messed up in shipping.

I have a solo show coming up in July of 2012 and I'm going to need to get more mats, frames and materials and I can count on you guys. I recommend you to as many fine art photographers as I can.

This is my second exhibit using your frames. I really appreciate the care that FDI puts into fabricating them, and I love how well they work with my prints. Keep up the good work!

I just received my 25th order from you in the last 14 months (for a total of slightly more than $5,000). This last order was for two very large frame kits, 8 large frame kits, and an assortment of foam board and mats. I was not surprised to find everything perfectly packed and in perfect condition. In all of my orders, there has been one tiny mistake -- and when I contacted you, you went two extra miles to correct it immediately. My first order was for frames and frame kits. I now rely on you for frames, frame kits, mounting supplies, foamboard backing, custom sizes, and mats. Thought you'd like to know you're doing a superb job and it's appreciated on this end!

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service and packaging provided by your company. I stumbled across Frame Destination, Inc. on the web, and placed the order noted below. On receipt of the package, the first thing I noticed was the size of the box, which exceeded my expectation. I immediately opened it, and I recall be astonished at how carefully and thoughtfully it was packed. I then sat it aside for several days, until I had matted the photos to be framed. This afternoon, I unpacked the whole thing. With each step I was more and more amazed at the care that had been taken in protecting the contents. I haven’t yet even unwrapped the individual frames. I just had to stop and thank you for being the most considerate company I have ever encountered in regard to care taken in packaging. I can tell you many horror stories, but this is the only story of extraordinary praise that I have to tell. I feel like the care that that was exercised in packaging and shipping the frames would have been appropriate, even had they contained precious fine art. You have made more than a customer. Consider me an ambassador, if you need a recommendation.

Thank you for following up on the scratched frames with a personal phone call, as I said the damage is very slight and I'm sure it was done in traveling across the country. I've attached 3 photos of the scratches. I think there were 12 frames in this order and 3 sides had a tiny bit of damage. If I had placed the same order with the last company I was using, I have no doubt that all 12 frames would have had some problems. You do a great job of shipping, everything is wrapped well in bubble and there secured tightly to each other, when I receive my order the package is solid. I do alot of summer " Art in the Park" events and I do all my own cutting of matts and framing, so timing is a big thing, if a bunch of frames are damaged then I have to put things on hold till I receive replacements, I don't feel I have to hold my breath when I unwrap your shipments. I have confidants in your company. Thank you again for your attention and thank your shipping people for taking the time and care to make sure my order arrives safe and perfect, they make my life as an artist a bit easier.

I have received my two orders (three frames total) and am extremely pleased. I realize that you are a photo frame company, but I find your products perfectly suited for framing needlework. I am especially delighted that I can buy just what I need, as well as full frame kits. I've been stitching for years, but have taken the lazy, cheap route and resorted to cardboard and lots of masking tape to mount my work and then slapped the pieces in frames. There is also a stack of stitching that hasn't been framed at all, so I can't enjoy what I worked on so hard. Silly story, but I have finally found a source through your company to acquire the proper materials and do justice to my work. I am resolved to re-frame the old pieces (which means purchasing a number of custom cut foam boards, and finally move through the stash of unframed pieces and get them done. Can't do it all at once, of course, but I am thrilled to have found a company with such high standards of quality and such fast and secure delivery. Your prices are outstanding, as well.

Bottom line ... I am a very happy camper, and can't thank you enough. Your website is one of the most informative I've ever seen ... everything I need to know to make accurate measurements and choose just the right combination of mats and frames. I even purchased two sample packets of mats, so I can make color choices with the needlework project in front of me.

I am writing to express my sheer delight in the quality of the shipment I received from you. The cuts on both the Acrylic and Matte Board were precise and the packaging was beyond compare. The acrylic looked amazing nicely finished edges and cut to my exact specs. This was my first Frame Destination order as my normal supplier does not carry UV acrylic. After seeing the quality of your product, cutting, assembly and packaging I am a Frame Destination convert. Please express my gratitude to those involved in preparing my order. They obviously take pride in their work and it shows. You should see some of the supplies I have received compared to yours. I can not tell you how often I have been disappointed with framing products I ordered because it was poorly cut and damaged because it was poorly packaged. The edges are smashed forcing me to waste valuable board. I always want to send it back but keep it because of the time and inconvenience of returning it. You guys are amazing and I wanted to thank you for doing such an outstanding job....prompt, precise and packaged for protection....I am delighted....
