I wanted to take a minute to tell you how happy I am by switching to you to supply the frames
for our PhotoGlow products. The frame we use, 117 profile, is somewhat thick, and we were
unhappy with the corners and fit from our last supplier. The corners on the FD frames are impeccable,
the packaging is protective and easy to dispense.

When I was planning my photography exhibit, A Place In Time, at the Michener Art Museum(Doylestown,Pa.)
in 2007 I knew I wanted to frame the prints in a gray/black wooden frame. The prints were on 20x24 paper and
I wanted 4"-5" mats on 8 ply board. That made the final frame size 3ft.x 3ft.
When I began my search for framing the images I ran into prohibitive costs and time delay through traditional
framing shops. I then went to the internet and after my search discovered the FRAME DESTINATION. The
website I found to be very useful in estimating my costs but because of the size of the exhibition( 600 running ft.)
I called and spoke with Mark. He was immediately responsive and enthusiatic about helping me.
From that initial step to delivery Mark and the all the folks at The Frame Destination continued to be professional in meeting
my demands as well as calming my fears about the upcoming exhibit.
I found the frames and the mats to be of excellent quality. They were shipped in bulk form and arrived within four
days with absolutely no breakage. The frames were assembled with the mats cut to size and with the glass insert.
I mounted the work myself following the easy directions(Mark supplied all the material) and delivered the work to
the Michener Museum early.
My thanks and appreiation to Mark and The Frame Destination for their help and fine craftsmanship. The whole
process was professionally superb.

The exhibition is finally installed and opens today. It looks
elegant and refined thanks to your frames. The quality of the frames

the 8-ply archival matts is perfect. What was more impressive is how

All but three photos have been framed and wrapped for delivery.
The frames are lovely, they arrived cozily packaged and in perfect condition.
I was able to reuse the packaging materials for wrapping and
my granddaughters are painting beautiful pictures on the strip of brown
wrapping remaining. It is so nice to be able to do business with such

Wanted to send a note to thank you for the wonderful resource.
Bought a great Epson printer that does 13x19 prints. After looking around I immediately
gave up on local framing options, and custom framing was out of the question. A lengthy web search
turned up your site, and I was immediately ecstatic about the options available for sizes and
frame types. Of course, ordering on-line can be a crap shoot. I wasn't sure if I should risk
trying an unfamiliar source for my upcoming show.
However, when my boss came to me about starting an art program for our lab, I turned
back to your site, and we ordered ten 24x34 aluminum frames. They showed up promptly,
were packaged carefully, and everything was in order. Nobody believed that I got such
a great deal on such good looking frames. The project is coming along so well that we
ordered - and just received - ten more.
I also today placed my own order for 7 frames for a November show of photographs
I shot in Lebanon, significantly upping the ante with wood frames, glazed acrylic,
and 8-ply mats. When I saw that you use Bainbridge board I was in heaven. I
can't wait until they arrive.
I have informed every photographer I know about your website, including the professors
at my alma mater. Their recommendations to a bunch of eager undergraduates years ago
had made me a loyal customer of Modern Postcard; here's hoping spreading the word can do
the same for your company.

I'd like to personally thank you for offering a 13x19 picture frame. I just got them and put some of my work in it, and they look amazing. I've had this Epson 2200 for about 3 years now, and have never been able to find an affordable, high quality 13x19 frame.
