P.O. Box Address

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box you must select "USPS Priority Mail". All other shipping methods are via Fedex or UPS and they do not support delivery to a P.O. Box.

What is the Oversize Shipping Fee for?

Shipping companies charge significant oversize fees for very large items. These items require special packing and handling. A single oversize shipping fee of $40 is added to orders containing mat board, mount board, glass or acrylic whose length + width exceeds 79 inches or picture frame moulding whose length + width exceeds 72 inches. The website will automatically add this charge.

Why does the shipping cost appear high?

We try to pack our products very carefully which consumes a lot of material and time. Shipping and handling is based on the number of items, weights, sizes, zones, oversize fees and shipping method selected. All shipping companies charge extra for large items. For this reason shipping cost for items such as a 30x40 mat board or frame is based on the size of the box used to ship the item and not the actual weight. If you are buying only one item, per item shipping cost will be high. If you place additional items in your shopping cart you can significantly reduce your per item shipping costs since the total shipping cost will not normally increase significantly for additional items. We do not make any profit on shipping cost.

Why is the shipping cost just an estimate?

The website performs details estimates and tries to account for some fees such as oversize; however on rare occasions some orders require special services or incur special fees. If the shipping cost is incorrect, we will contact you prior to proceeding with the order. We will explain the charges and your options. One of your options will be to cancel the order if the shipping cost does not work well for you.

Return Policy

Standard size products can be returned within 30-days with a 15% restocking Fee (less shipping and handling). Items must be in resalable condition and the protective paper mask must still be in place on acrylic. Custom frames mats and picture framing components are not resalable and are therefore excluded from the return policy. Express Shipping

We move orders placed with 3-Day Express, 2 nd day, or overnight to the head of the queue. If we have any issues such as being out of stock we will notify you immediately. Overnight is not supported for Alaska , Hawaii or Puerto Rico .

Shipping Transit Time

Our most commonly used carrier is FedEx. We ship from Dallas , TX , which allows ground shipments to reach most of the continental US in 2-5 days. You can use our shipping zip code 75243 on the FedEx website to estimate shipping time. Keep in mind that ground shipment times are just ideal estimates and there is no guarantee the shipment will not be delayed a few days. The only way to guarantee prompt delivery is to select 3-Day Express, 2 nd -Day, or Overnight. Your shipping costs will be refunded if your package does not arrive on time if shipped via Overnight, 2-Day Express or 3-Day Expres.

Shipping Damage

We pack and ship our picture frames and picture frame components very carefully. If your products are damaged when you receive them, keep all packing material, boxes, and components and call us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly and painlessly as possible. The rate our picture frames and framing components are damage in shipping is less than 1%. Unfortunately, to significantly reduce this number we would have to ship our picture frame products in wooden crates, which is not cost effective. If your framing products are damaged in shipping just call us and we will take care of providing you replacement. Ground shipping of replacements is free. If you need the replacements shipped Express we require payment for the difference in cost between Ground and Express.
