Nielsen® Profile 117 – Rabbet is a deep 13/16 inches. Frame Hanging kit sold separately unless moulding purchased as part of a picture frame kit. This Nielsen metal picture frame profile is the Arthaus profile inspired by the Bauhaus movement of the early 1900s offering a contemporary approach to simplicity of line, balance and proportion, which makes this another timeless classic. Highest quality aluminum metal moulding for picture frames. Strong and durable with consistent finish. Can be used with large frames. Most colors offered are anodized for additional durability. Utilizes Nielsen’s patented corner joining system for better frame corners. Each metal frame includes corner hardware and spring clips to hold frame contents in place. Our staff cuts each frame’s moulding approximately 1/8 inch larger to insure the mat/glass/backing will fit properly within the finished picture frame. Frame is shipped unassembled.
