Lineco Self-Adhesive Hinging Tissue. 1" x 98 ft (2.54 cm x 29.87 m). Used for mounting light or translucent art. Pressure Sensitive Adhesive that is permanent, non-yellowing, and stable over time and which virtually disappears when rubbed. Tissue is pH Neutral and both acid and lignin free. Has adequate strength to hinge medium size art.
Main Applications: Use Self-Adhesive Hinging Tissue for two archival mounting techniques called the T-Hinge and the V-Hinge.
Self-Adhesive Hinging Tissue is also useful for mending and reinforcing paper items.
Directions for Use:
- Peel thin tissue from the release liner by scratching the surface with a fingernail to start
- Tear to desired length
- Apply to art
- Remove with mineral spirits
