This was a painless and perfect transaction. And the packaging was clearly intended to get the glass here in perfect condition, which it did. Great packing job!

Great product, great service

Great first experience ordering from Frame Destination. I bought a few 14x17 sheets of conservation glass to replace the standard glass on some frames I'd purchased a while back on Amazon. Price was the lowest I could find anywhere, the order shipped out the next day and arrived in like 2 days, and it was probably the most carefully packed item I've ordered in years. Overall, awesome experience, would definitely order from them again.

A lot of reflections

I just ordered a non-reflective acrylic to see if that's any better. This looks good an evening when there are no lights on near it, but light from all the windows reflects off of it during the day.

Great customer support!

Excellent. My order was well packed and shipped on time, unfortunately the package was handled very poorly by the carrier and had a massive dent in the corner of the package. Must have been thrown right on it to have been so crushed. The acrylic pane inside suffered a cracked corner. ONE email to customer service with a picture of the damage and no questions asked, a rush order replacement was sent immediately. Thanks for the great service!
